RE: Minutes of the Jan. 23 meeting are ready for review

Hi all! (the newbie again :))

A question on editing the minutes. I had sent a regret for the last telecon
to the chairs, but it's not mentioned in the minutes yet. Will the regrets
be added later, or does everyone add them themself?
