All, I believe enough has probably been said about this by now, other than that Jim has asked me a question, to which I will reply later when I have some time. Could I ask that further discussions of process at this time now be limited to be those that are informational and sent with the intention of being helpful? To Jeremy's point about talking at cross purposes being potentially being indicative of a larger problem, I concur that this should be examined. I will consult Jeremy off list and would welcome other off list email to me and/or Ian on this subject. Interesting and useful findings will be brought back to the group. If there are strong feeling that need to be addressed Ian and I will be happy to discuss them on team-owl-chairs. Thanks, Alan
