This includes a "RESOLVED" but I believe that that RESOLVED was  
determined to be an error: There was a prior resolution to close that  
issue so there could be none now.

I removed the "{{Scribe | who=[[Ian Horrocks]] | what={{Issue|43}} is  
resolved}}" because we did it in a more formal style below, so I  
think it adds nothing substantive or informative to include the mess.
