That's what I gathered as well, but this raises a couple of (maybe not so very important) issues: * Are these ontology annotations 'mere' annotations? Or do we think they should have semantics... (mustUnderstand) * The mapping from RDF should at least translate the OWL 1.0 ontology properties to annotations (by the way, it seems that at the moment the mapping does not translate an RDF owl:Ontology element at all) * Anyone (i.e. me) looking for these properties in the new spec will be surprised by their absence.
