Minutes cleanup of last week

Thank you!   Again, I'm very sorry for neglecting to plan for that
before I went on vacation last week.

(I hadn't really expected to be off-line, but my vacation spot turned
out to be a rather beautiful [1] natural disaster [2], suddenly quite
lacking in connectivity.)

I'm still preparing the scribe tools I've been developing to be usable
by anyone; this points up the urgency of that.
