Hi! It was a pleasure to meet with you at the HCLS F2F last month. Thanks for
following up with this email. Christine and I are currently working on the OWLED
TF for user requirements. I think that we should have a useful document
summarizing our activities by the start of 2008. Perhaps at that point it would
be useful to coordinate a telemeeting to present the results of our work. In the
meantime, it would be useful to best understand what kinds of things are of use
to the WG, such that we can make an effective presentation. Ideally, you would
describe your objectives and expected outcomes on the WG wiki

Dear Michel and Christine, 

The User Facing Documentation Task Force (UFDTF) of the OWL WG would like to
coordinate the development 
of the user facing documents with you and your colleagues. In particular, we
would be interested in reusing the 
work done by the OWLED community in developing use cases and requirements. 

For starters, we would like to invite you to a UFDTF Telcon to present your work
on use cases and functional requirements

in the OWLED group. Please let us know a convenient set of times and dates for
the purpose. We typically have telcons 
in the time frame of 11am - 2pm US EST. 

Secondly, since we anticipate re-using some of your materials developed by you
and your collaborators where appropriate 
in the User Facing Documents, we would also like to discuss ways in which we can
appropriate and fairly attribute 
the appropriate people in the documents we create. Please feel free to share
with us your thoughts on what would be 
an appropriate attribution mechanism.

you.
