Hello. I have a few comments for the OWL2-RL profile. Right before 4.1 (Feature Overview) It would be nice to characterize why the use of arbitrary RDF graphs effects the ability to answer all correct answers (in the same way that the syntactic restrictions are described by what it avoids). 4.3 Reasoning in OWL 2 RL and RDF Graphs using Rules Right before Theorem PR1, where it talks about the lack of axiomatic triples (neither ... nor) it should mentioned the kinds of implications that no longer apply w/out these.
