Dear Robert, all, This is an excellent news! I start to advocate more and more the use of the Open Annotation model for a broad range of annotation tasks, in different domains including TV program descriptions recently. A big +1 for the creation of a working group, in particular for pushing further the model (ontology) and for adding APIs to work with. Institut Telecom/EURECOM, as a member, will approve such a charter, and is likely to participate in such a WG. Best regards.
