LexInfo 3

Hi OntoLexers,

I hope you had a good Christmas and New Year.

I have started work on developing a new version of LexInfo aligned to
OntoLex-Lemon:

I have done this mostly by breaking up all the types of things in the
previous LexInfo into broad classes and creating CSV documents to describe
the elements in the ontology. For example:

A straightforward script then compiles these into a single OWL file.
