Hello, there are multiple FrameNet ports to OWL and RDF. Anyway, the largest effort to a rigorous frame semantics encompassing both linguistic and factual data is Framester [1], featuring a huge frame-based knowledge graph, and an alignment of the main lexical resources to its core ontology. An alignment to OntoLex is also included. A new version is on the way.
