morph module telco minutes

Hi all,

you can find the minutes of yesterday's telco here:
https://docs.google.com/document/d/18Vceig7WCY6yrqCKFiZIPIfBk3SOh1JPSrzKcDCbx2o/edit?usp=sharing

We discussed the representation needs N6, N8 and N9 and came to a
decision. Please, get involved if you like to question the choices or
have anything else to contribute.

Also, in the last ten minutes of the call I raised the issue of
generating word-forms in a programmatic manner. This involves also
phonological processes and the affected phonemes contained in stem and
affix data. To me modelling this kind of information goes beyond the
domain of morphological data and it would be great to get more opinions
on that. Also, it goes beyond the currently defined scope of describing
existing morphological data within lexical datasets/traditional
dictionaries (it is more about data enrichment, generating additional
data). Please, feel free to share your thoughts on that as well.

Regards,

Bettina
