In principle, the provenance example illustrates a mechanism to add a
confidence degree to any lexico-semantic relation. Therefore I moved it to
the end of the vartrans section
https://www.w3.org/community/ontolex/wiki/Final_Model_Specification#Adding_a_confidence_degree
We can review it quickly during one of the next telcos. We have to decide
where to define the confidence property, in any case.
