Plan for finalizing the ontolex spec

Dear all,

I apologize for the silence on my side in the last months. I have been
quite busy with a number of things, also with ontolex.

There has been a lot of work *in the background* on the model. John has
worked a lot on finalizing the spec behind the scenes and I have started
to make a final check of everyhting.

We are confident that we can release the spec by summer!

We are planning a number of teleconferences to have a final discussion
of the spec. We propose to have one dedicated telco to each module.
These teleconferences will be a bit more formal as there will be no
informal discussion, but we will mainly call for votes on the final
spec. Requests for minor changes should be sent in beforehand so that we
can make final decisions during the telcos.

The telcos planned are the following ones:

Friday 8th of May, 16:00 CET, core module
Friday 22nd of May, 16:00 CET, syntax and semantics
Friday 29th of May, 16:00 CET, decomposition
Friday 12th of June, 16:00 CET, vartrans
Friday 26th of June, 16:00 CET, lime
Friday 3rd of July, 16:00 CET, final discussion

After that, the goal would be to announce the spec to the public.

Let me know if you have any objections to the plan. We will try to send
around the relevant part of the spec in two weeks time before the telcos.

Best regards,

Philipp.
