The Chairs can "unchoose" themselves, at which point the checkboxes return to being available to anyone in the group. The idea is: * Groups figure out how they choose chairs * When there are no chairs the UI is available to anyone * Once Chairs are chosen, the UI becomes restricted to Chairs * If Chairs remove themselves, the UI is open to all once more.
