Hi Armando,

Since there are now chairs, you don't get the checkboxes anymore. 

The Chairs can "unchoose" themselves, at which point the checkboxes return to being available to anyone in the group.

The idea is:

 * Groups figure out how they choose chairs
 * When there are no chairs the UI is available to anyone
 * Once Chairs are chosen, the UI becomes restricted to Chairs
 * If Chairs remove themselves, the UI is open to all once more.
