Hello, Same as the tool shared by Andrea, there is an ODRL definition using linkml<https://linkml.io/> in this yaml file<https://gitlab.com/gaia-x/technical-committee/service-characteristics-working-group/service-characteristics/-/blob/develop/linkml/odrl.yaml>. Linkml is an open source tool<https://github.com/linkml> for modelling data in a single file that can then be used to generate JSON-Schema, RDF, OWL or SHACL. These are generated in the CI of the project, and can also be tested on several examples. In our case, the ODRL shapes are included with the rest of the Gaia-X Ontology<https://w3id.org/gaia-x>. However, for sure, it will require fine tuning to be more restrictive but it could be a good starting point if you like. I attached the result generated with this tool. Best regards, Andrea C.
