Hi Ben,

I regret having missed today's discussion.
In the context of MPEG-21 licenses (akin to ODRL policies in this case), 
our implementation needed to keep track of the history --this was so to 
effectively control conditions such as 'you can play the song 10 times'.
We also had to model whether instances represented real entities or not.

In the sentence 'I allow Ben to play this song', play is actually a 
class instance. But the actual play has (not yet) happened. One 
attribute of the class instance says this event is fake.
However, when Ben plays the song, another class instance is created, but 
this time the play is real and has a real datetime.
