As suggested at the call I have written down the discussed opening up of a Policy’s “A Policy MUST have at least one permission, prohibition, or obligation property values of type Rule” definition to relationships to any sub-class or Rule in the POE issue #303:

Meeting Notes:

 

1) ODRL Profile Best Practices - discussed [MS] comments and issues with the latest update of the document

Key issues are:

a) Use of MUST in many parts of the Information Model

b) Inconsistent use of Rule subclass as property of Policy

 

Actions:

 - Review and develop the “absolute core” ODRL Profile that includes only “must” obligations from the Info Model [RI]

 - Prioritise Errata#303 for next month’s teleconference [RI]

 

2) Other business

Agreed to rename the “ODRL Best Practices” document to “ODRL Implementation Best Practices”
