Meeting Notes:

1) ODRL Profile Best Practices - discussed [MS] comments and issues with the latest update of the document
Key issues are:
a) Use of MUST in many parts of the Information Model
b) Inconsistent use of Rule subclass as property of Policy

Actions:
 - Review and develop the “absolute core” ODRL Profile that includes only “must” obligations from the Info Model [RI]
 - Prioritise Errata#303 for next month’s teleconference [RI]

2) Other business
Agreed to rename the “ODRL Best Practices” document to “ODRL Implementation Best Practices” 
Action: [RI] to confirm change
