IPTC has another ODRL/RightsML library: now in JavaScript https://github.com/iptc/rightsml-dev/tree/master/rightsml-lib-js Features as below: - Building blocks of a policy can be added step by step - Delivers a policy in XML or in JSON encoding - Examples available – primarily as HTML pages with content created by the library. In addition it provides the ODRL and RightsML vocabularies as JavaScript classes – var action = Odrl.ActionsCV.print is possibly more convenient that dealing with full URIs. The design and the vocabularies align with the ODRL 2.1 draft as of May. It is available via github: https <https://github.com/iptc/rightsml-dev/tree/master/licensed> :// <https://github.com/iptc/rightsml-dev/tree/master/licensed> github.com/iptc/rightsml-dev/tree/master/licensed It is an experimental pure Python library which lets you create ODRL http://www.w3.org/community/odrl/ and RightsML http://dev.iptc.org/RightsML documents. It supports XML and JSON encodings (it targets the “to be approved” XML encoding). Ontology support is planned. I’m about to publicize it for the first time at the IPTC face-to-face meeting here in Beijing. But this also seems as good a time as any to announce this to the W3C ODRL CG as well. We would be happy to work with others on evolving this (plus we are working on Javascript and Java versions too). If interest exists, we may publish both during the summer. Is there anything else that anybody knows of? We try to keep a list here: http://www.w3.org/community/odrl/implementations/ Also, is there a 'wish list' of things that the ODRL community believe would be useful tools to have available that don't currently exist? Feel free to add ideas to the above page to capture new tool/service requirements. Cheers...
