Removal of Common Vocab Terms

Dear all - as discussed and confirmed at the last teleconference [1], we now plan to remove some of the terms from the ODRL 2.0 Common Vocabulary that are no longer relevant as 'common' but should be expressed in appropriate community profiles.

Please comment on this ASAP is you have concerns.

3 - From Creative Commons - we adopted a few terms from their licenses, which we propose to move to the ODRL/CC Profile [2].
