The Decentralized Identifier Working Group charter [1] is hereby 
extended until 28 October 2026.

The Working Group will focus on finalizing the publication of its two 
REC-track deliverables (DID 1.1 [2] and DID Resolution [3]), and 
preparing its transition to maintenance mode.

including information about group Chairs, Staff Contact and instructions 
for joining the group.
