Dear Advisory Committee Representative,
Chairs,

The Web Application Security Working Group charter [1] is hereby
extended until 30 June 2021.

The mission of the group is to develop security and policy mechanisms to
improve the security of Web Applications, and enable secure cross-origin
communication.

Following feedback during the Director's review of the draft charter,
the chairs plan to propose a better-described path for specifications
and bring back to the WG for consensus before bringing to the AC.

The current draft is at:
https://w3c.github.io/webappsec/admin/webappsec-charter-2021.html
