[wbs] response to 'Call for Review: WebRTC 1.0: Real-Time Communication Between Browsers is a W3C Proposed Recommendation'

The following answers have been successfully submitted to 'Call for Review:
WebRTC 1.0: Real-Time Communication Between Browsers is a W3C Proposed
Recommendation' (Advisory Committee) for Mozilla Foundation by Tantek
Çelik.

Regarding the "WebRTC 1.0: Real-Time Communication Between Browsers"
specification, the reviewer suggests changes, and only supports
publication as a Recommendation if the changes are adopted [Formal
Objection].

Additional comments about the specification:
Mozilla supports publishing the WebRTC specification as a Recommendation
with normative references to published RFCs that it depends on.

We request that W3C defer publication until the RFCs that this document
depends on are published. We expect this to be no more than a few weeks
delay.

WebRTC is unusual in the sense that its API depends to no small extent on
work that was done in the IETF. The API lists 11 normative references to
IETF drafts and 4 informative drafts.

The IETF has approved all these documents for publication and publication
is expected as soon as the editing process is complete. They are in the
AUTH48 stage, for those who are familiar with IETF publication processes.

A small delay now will ensure that stable references will be available.

The reviewer's organization:
   - produces products addressed by this specification
   - expects to produce products conforming to this specification.
   - expects to use products conforming to this specification.
