Chairs,
The Service Workers Working Group Charter [1] is hereby extended until
31 March 2021.
The mission of the Service Workers Working Group is to enable Web
applications to take advantage of persistent background processing,
including hooks to enable bootstrapping of web applications while
offline. The Group is in the process of rechartering to produce
Candidate Recommendation Snapshots for the Service Workers specification:

More information about this group and information about participation
can be found on its home page [2].
The group is currently chaired by Jake Archibald (Google) and Jungkee
Song (Microsoft).
