Web Array Math Community Group Proposed

The Web Array Math Community Group has been proposed:

--------------------------------------------------

The purpose of this group is to develop a specification for high
performance, low latency typed array processing for the Web.

The basic idea is to create an API that makes it possible to utilize
hardware level parallelism, such as SIMD instructions, by providing
methods that operate on whole arrays rather than single elements at a
time.

--------------------------------------------------
