[All] Goals and timing for next ITS 2.0 publication

Hi all,

as you know, we have published a draft at the end of August

the main focus in the next 1 1/2 months will be two wrap up ITS 2.0. The
next publication will be 18 October.

By then we need to

- close the remaining issues
https://www.w3.org/International/multilingualweb/lt/track/issues/open
- make the spec more readable, see e.g. the reviews from Aaron and Dave
http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-multilingualweb-lt/2012Aug/0333.html
http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-multilingualweb-lt/2012Sep/0028.html

- gather implementations experience and "real world" examples specifically
for HTML5, in a form presentable during TPAC in November.

Given the usual "after summer storm" of work and conferences in September -
October, the above is a hard schedule. I very much hope for your
contributions.
