Hi Jirka, thanks a lot. One feedback: I think the tools currently doesn't convert global rules - would it make sense to add a template to convert the "link" element with type "its-rules" to an its:rules element? That wouldn't be valid HTML5 anymore, but a non validating ITS processor could process the files as is. We could also say the process should be aware of link with "its-rules". What's better?
