Prototype of simple tool for converting HTML5 into XHTML+ITS

Hi,

I have created first prototype of command line tool for converting HTML5
with its-* attributes into XHTML+ITS. This can be useful when you want
to process HTML5 content with XML toolchain.

Not all its-* attributes are supported. I will add more of them as time
goes.

This is proof of concept now. What I would like to hear from other
implementers now is:

- whether this seems useful for them

- in what form they want to use such functionality -- SAX API, web
service, ...
