Re: [ISSUE-34] Informative annex for mapping tool-specific quality values

Thanks, Arle. Just two suggestions: can you add references to the
"informative references" section for the tools, or - if available - the
documentation for the tools? Also, can you add a change log entry to
http://www.w3.org/International/multilingualweb/lt/drafts/its20/its20.html#revisionlog
