I'll look this over more carefully, but at first glance it looks good (sorry for not responding sooner on it, but I had no Internet connection for all of last week).

One minor note: for the examples, look at line length. The HTML treats them all as <pre> content and doesn't wrap them. For printing and on-screen display that will create a problem. I noticed it in examples 72–74, where the text doesn't wrap. It's an easy fix to tweak the source files with a few more line breaks, and if you don't want to do it, I'd be happy to do so for you. But if you are actively working with them, I also don't want to jump in just yet.
