in table following 6.18.1 Definition ...

in the row "Severity", in the Value column, the text "*A decimal between 
0.0 to 100.0 (included)*" needs to be reformulated. I would suggest "*A 
decimal value between 0.0 and 100.0 (inclusive)*".
