I've pushed several correction on the XML input file for lq-issue:
Removing the erroneous locQualityIssuesRef attributes.

I've also change one HTML input file for lq-issue:
Changing the ID of a script to match the ID of the standoff reference.

I've also removed the two copies of locale6xml.xml and locale6Xml.xml that were creating havoc in Windows, and re-added the lowercase version only.
