Btw, as it seems this caused some confusion: the "had enough" comment
was about trying to push for a fundamental change to
2.1/2.1.1/2.1.2/2.1.3 to cover more than just keyboard. This wasn't a
"I'm rage-quitting the TF" moment.

As I see that WCAG WG itself has decided that any SCs currently in 2.0
are off-limits for drastic changes for 2.1 (and that if needed, the
chair/editors themselves will look at unifying/combining things) [see
point 2 of Andrew's email
https://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/w3c-wai-gl/2016JulSep/0325.html],
my proposal is dead in the water anyway...

...however, having spoken with some of the TF members offline, there
may be a good/sensible follow-up plan for how we tackle the whole
keyboard/touch/mouse/with AT/without AT/pressure/tilt/etc hairball.
