Hmm, I don't know how I can reset this. I ticked the wrong box and then I wanted to delete my answer and re-submit, but that didn't work. Here's my answer in case anyone can make it appear again: * No Reasons: While it is true that browser do not need this section, other applications do. I do not see a need to take anything out of the spec at this time, since CR is about asking for compatible implementations. There is plenty of time to remove unimplemented sections when moving to PR. It seems unreasonable to take out a whole key section that explains compatible implementation approaches.
