Thanks for conveying the PFWG feedback to us. Since the FPWD publication, the Editorís Draft has been updated to include a use cases and requirements section [1] which we hope will address your concern.

The UCs and Reqs section [1] points to a separate document [2] which contains e.g.:

* Technology overview
* Use cases
* Requirements
* Examples

Please let us know if this addresses your concern.
