I agree with this rationale. Since I didn't sense that the details are 
necessarily controversial (e.g. webkit vs moz)  - it seems only the 
larger issue of whether to do this or not is controversial - I've put up 
a pull request based on this so we have something concrete to look at 
[1]. Hope this helps.
