I cannot attend as I have an important EBU meeting in Geneva in the middle of the week.

Dear Advisory Committee, Group Chairs, Advisory Board and TAG Members,

The Technical Plenary and Advisory Committee Meetings week is just
around the corner [1]!! This is a reminder that deadlines are fast
approaching. Below is a summary of deadlines:

TPAC2011 Deadlines:
    * 10 October - Discount

5:00 pm pacific time [2]  Guest room reservations have been booming
this week for TPAC2011. Please make your hotel reservation as soon as
possible to avoid being locked out of the Meeting hotel.

Chairs: Please ask your group participants to register as soon as
possible. Some of the groups have very low registration [7].
