Dear Advisory Committee, Group Chairs, Advisory Board and TAG Members,
The Technical Plenary and Advisory Committee Meetings week is just
around the corner [1]!! This is a reminder that deadlines are fast
approaching. Below is a summary of deadlines:
TPAC2011 Deadlines:
* 10 October - Discount

5:00 pm pacific time [2] Guest room reservations have been booming
this week for TPAC2011. Please make your hotel reservation as soon as
possible to avoid being locked out of the Meeting hotel.
* 14 October -

* 22 October - Deadline to request refund [5]
Meeting Participation Policies- Please read before you pay and
register for meetings [6]
Chairs: Please ask your group participants to register as soon as
possible. Some of the groups have very low registration [7].
We look forward to an interesting and successful set of meetings. If

w3t-tpregister@w3.org, and someone will help you.
