Dear all, as i explained today, a student of mine is working on the COPHIR test suite [1]. The main idea is to use the information of COPHIR, in order to extract useful metadata (with the help of the FLICKR API [2]) and store it in Dublin Core and MPEG-7 documents. The student just has started working on this topic, so i can not estimate the expiration of this work. I´m currently thinking, if it would be good, if the extracted metadata should be also stored in the MAWG format. What do you think? The main problem will be, that i need a representation i can provide the student to work on. What do you think about it? Would such data help us?
