Revised draft of API Doc

Dear all,

Below is the revised draft of API Doc

I applied Chris’s contribution that was to rearrange section 2 and 3 so that they are combined in one section now. And API part described by Web IDL.

In addition I applied Felix’s comments for Introduction and Reference part.
