Dear Joakim, all, I just checked and we have descriptions for these properties at http://www.w3.org/2008/WebVideo/Annotations/wiki/Top_Supported_Tags which I think are ok for a first version ma:targetAudience A pair identifying the issuer of the classification (agency) and the classification. E.g. parental guide, targeted geographical region ma:locator A URL from where the entity can be accessed.
