RE: Format mapping

I also prefer to have one table. Is there any way you can make the cells in the EBU table not span over several rows?

I am now quite unhappy about the fact the we have two tables as I guess most
reader will look at this one and when I think that the other one is almost
more relevant also because I ahev some problems with the mappings proposed,
which would need to be checked line by line.
 
I hope I didn't waste my time in a mapping exercies, which results will
effectively be left aside.
