ACTION-198: Prepare 3rd working draft of UC & Rec document

Dear all,

[1] is the result of ACTION-198. Most of revisions are to reflect the comments [4] from Werner. In addition I revised trivial things to make a consistency e.g. change media object with media resource.

Please look at this. If you have any comments, please let me know.

If you would like to look at the revised things compared with the previous version [2], please refer [3].

 

I really appreciate for Werner’s contribution( valuable comments and some initial texts). Because Werner gave the initial texts for r14, r15 as well as even revised version of r09 to me.

 

@Thierry: I would like to update the Acknowledgements part of this spec. because some member information is wrong and some member is missed. Could you let me know how can I update this part?
