  *   The last paragraph has extra spaces between periods and the first letter of the words in the following sentences.

The third doc, email draft:

  *   First sentence - missing a period
  *   Second paragraph - has an extra space after the period in the first sentence
  *   Fourth paragraph (after the bullet list in Overview) - has an extra space after the period in the first sentence
  *   Fifth paragraph (in seeking) - has an extra space after the period in the second sentence

Suggestion:

  *   For the items under "Comments" and "Please," use bullet list format instead.
