Re: New Editors Note for 2.4.1

Looks pretty good to me.

Two small suggestions and one question:

   - capitalize Excel
   - period after template
   - For the last part, "which currently has the latest set of proof points
   <https://mail.google.com/mail/u/0/#m_-2054553260577760934_dfn-proof-point>."
   --> Coming back to read it a few times I'm not sure if it's saying the
   excel doc is the most accurate or the document. Would it be clearer if we
   said they should refer to the document (with a link to the section) for the
   full list of proof points?
