RE: New Editors Note for 2.4.1

Because of plain language, I would suggest breaking that last sentence into two and making a couple of small language tweaks.

This spreadsheet is experimental and is a work in progress. The proof points in this document may not be in sync with the supporting Excel spreadsheet template.  The Excel spreadsheet template has the most up-to-date proof points.
