Re: respec drafts

Good job and thanks for working on this!

BTW regarding removing non-normative part, I was wondering whether it
makes sense to remove the RelaxNG schema from MathML Core:

It's probably already not up-to-date, duplicates the spec text, might
mislead people who could take it as normative, it is more oriented
towards XML (even if the text says is is an informal schema), the HTML5
spec probably does not have one and I'm not sure it allows to check
everything described in the spec. As I commented on
https://github.com/mathml-refresh/mathml/issues/118#issue-466968949 now
that we are relying a lot on other specs (e.g. for attributes in HTML
IDL or for attribute values using CSS) it seems a bit tedious to keep
everything in sync.

That said I think it is still useful to have one (e.g. people using XML
tools or for the W3C validator) so maybe the RelaxNG schemas should be
moved and maintained in a separate git repository?
