Thanks for the input in e-mail and on the call today. Are these correct -- even if not comprehensive: * When users resize text up to 400% or change text spacing, no information is lost. * In small windows ("viewports") or when users zoom text larger, text reflows so that users don't have to scroll to read a line of text. ? ~Shawn On 4/10/2019 2:41 PM, Jonathan Avila wrote: > Hi Wayne and Shawn, If this is for 2.1 then reflow would definitely fit into this as well. The primary purpose of SC 1.4.10 is not for mobile but for low vision users to be able to zoom in to 400% from a standard resolution and still have a page that is readable without scrolling. So in other words – to facilitate reflow of text at smaller viewports including those made smaller by using browser zoom. > > Jonathan > > Jonathan Avila > > Chief Accessibility Officer > > *Level Access* > > jon.avila@levelaccess.com <mailto:jon.avila@levelaccess.com> > > 703.637.8957 office > > Visit us online: Website <http://www.levelaccess.com/> | Twitter <https://twitter.com/LevelAccessA11y> | Facebook <https://www.facebook.com/LevelAccessA11y/> | LinkedIn <https://www.linkedin.com/company/level-access> | Blog <http://www.levelaccess.com/blog/> > > The State of Digital Accessibility 2019 report is here!
