Re: WCAG Issue 144 [LowVision] Techniques needed for Icon Fonts

Hi Jim and everyone,

I don't think that there is a big rush (Josh, please correct me if I
am wrong) but after the LVTF has reviewed these techniques, I am to
let Josh know so they can  be brought the full WCAG WG for approval.
