Apparently SemanticWeb.Org is run by a Mr./Ms(?) W. Ki. First name Wi. He/she is quite friendly, but perfers to speak RDF, which I often mistake a for Pidgin Klingon variant.  Maybe it's just me.

I suspect the community may be located in the Lake Wobegon District of Erewhon, Minnesota because everybody seems to have above average expertise and Wi Ki makes executive decisions.
